DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receipt all cash, checks, and credit cards on car deals, including hold checks


• Post new and used vehicle sales into accounting system


• Mail new and used car contracts to lienholders


• Make sure all money has been accounted for/or collected on all new and used car deals.


• Produce and distribute to management a weekly listing of all monies due, hold checks, etc.


• Write payoff checks on trade vehicles daily and overnight mail to banks.


• Send out and copy contracts to financial institutions by fax or overnight mail


• Process new and used car deals and give to Title Clerk for DMV processing


• Assist DMV Clerk with flipping used car titles and calling customers, etc.


• Backup for Dealer Trades, Wholesale purchases, taking cars for smog and vin inspections, bank runs and office errands.


• Cross train in other positions as needed.


• Other duties may be added as necessary.
