Accounting Clerk

About the role: 
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and finance operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting daily accounting activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. 

What you will do: 

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and recordkeeping 

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions 

• Reconcile bank statements and financial records 

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, invoices, and documentation 

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities 

• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting matters 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations 

What you will bring:  

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 

• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
