Accounting Clerk

Temp Accounting Clerk – Downtown Los Angeles-onsite parking provided

We are searching for a Temp Accounting Clerk for a one month assignment for a client located  in downtown LA. You'll support the A/P Accountant and help scan and route documents as appropriate.

What You'll Do
Support the A/P Accountant with accounts payable processing and related tasks
Scan and route notices to leadership 
Maintain accurate records within YARDI Voyager
Assist with general accounting and administrative support as needed

What you need:

Experience with YARDI Voyager
Strong Excel skills
Accounting clerk or A/P background preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $21 to $24 per hour
Parking provided on-site
