Job Duties:
1.Maintains customer records by updating profile and account information in Excel. Level of comfortability with this is intermediate.
2. Identify alternate means for procedures and discussing with managers and teammates.
3. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
4. Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
5. Assists in billing clients on a monthly basis for services performed based on review of job jackets, excel audit reports, programming and processing reports and account management time spent on accounts – QuickBooks skill can be trained.
6. Reviews postage and shipping charges to update excel audit reports with all charges and assists in sending out postage invoices to clients.
7. Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
8. Able to assist with Quality Assurance of Critical Documents, and able to physically bend and lift up to 15lbs.
