Accounting Clerk- McCarthy Hyundai

McCarthy Hyundai Blue Springs is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their Business Office. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is very detail oriented and a team player!

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7am to 5pm 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock in all new vehicles 


• Process deposits 


• Register courtesy deliveries, lease tags, and loaners 


• Remit and cancel products


• Process internal repair orders


• Responsible for processing car deal accounting


• Process Titles as needed  
  


• Follow up on funding delays when needed
  


• Maintains effective employee relations


• Participates in required training


• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system


• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations


• Complies with Company policies and procedures


• Other duties as assigned

 Job Requirements: 

• Recent accounting experience preferred


• Strong organizational skills required.


• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills


• Mathematical aptitude


• Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
