The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding us to develop an innovative educational platform that integrates cutting-edge technologies like ChatGPT-4.o. This role focuses on identifying necessary changes and implementing strategies to make our platform more accessible and effective for student learning.
Job Responsibilities

Stay current with advancements in AI and educational technologies, focusing on ChatGPT-4.0 for business and accounting education.
Analyze feedback and data from business and accounting students and educators to identify improvement areas for ChatGPT-4.0.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the platform\'s accessibility and usability of ChatGPT-4.o.
Create and oversee the execution of a comprehensive plan for integrating new technologies into the platform.
Ensure seamless adoption and integration of changes across the platform, providing clear guidelines and support.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes through data analysis and user feedback.
Continuously gather and analyze feedback from students and educators to refine and enhance the platform.
Skills Required

Deep understanding of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT-4.0, and their application in education.
Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications

BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Business Communication
Job Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business consulting or a related field, or currently working in a university.
Proven track record of integrating AI and technology into educational platforms or curriculum.
