Accounting Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our growing accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable across multiple entities
• Receive and record raw materials and packaging into inventory
• Process company credit card expenses from employee reports
• Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding payables
• Support physical inventory counts
• Assist with credit and collections efforts
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 1–2+ years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with SAP, Sage, or similar ERP systems preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Basic understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and suggest process improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
