Accounting Coordinator

As an integral member of 1-800-Packouts of Georgia, the Accounting Coordinator is a vital contributor to the financial well-being of the company. Responsibilities:

1. Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments, facilitating seamless communication between teams and the accounting department.
2. Utilize QuickBooks with precision to record credits and invoice on accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
3. Prepare insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing valuable financial insights to internal departments.
4. Enter payments into QuickBooks meticulously, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounts.
5. Proactively engage with customers through calls and emails to manage accounts receivable within targeted limits.
6. Enter vendor information into QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate bill payments aligned with vendor contract terms.
7. Uphold the commitment to settle company bills promptly and maintain meticulous records of client communications related to payments.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) role, demonstrating a strong track record of financial acumen.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to navigate diverse responsibilities efficiently.
