RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
The Accounting Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
Posting daily deposits.
As an Accounting Coordinator you will record and reconcile commission statements with meticulous attention to detail.
The Accounting Coordinator will also handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
Sending out electronic statements on a daily basis to maintain timely and efficient communication with clients is another key responsibility for the Accounting Coordinator role.
Managing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and reconciling credit card statements.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE:
General Accounting, AP or AR experience
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
