Accounting File Clerk/Runner

We are seeking a File/Runner clerk for our accounting office. This is an entry level position. This position will be critical & a very unique opportunity within the organization. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  

  Go to clerks office, post office, banks and other errands as needed for the accounting office.

  
  


• 
  

  Scan and file deal related documents

  
  


• 
  

  Help around the office as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that the workroom is stocked and ready for the next day

  
  


• 
  

  Help with maintaining a clean workroom.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Clean driving record

  Able to pass a background and drug screening

  Positive attitude & very outgoing personality

  Exceptional written & oral communication skills
