Position Summary

The billing intern would primarily enter invoices in customer on-line portals and perform other ad-hoc requests. They may assist in various AP and AR collections. The position is 30-40 hours/week, Mon-Friday, days.

Responsibilities

Updating fixed asset records
Scanning documents
Loading documents to customer portals
Filing
Document review
Creating/updating spreadsheets

Qualifications

Education in finance or accounting preferred
Strong computer and Microsoft Office experience. (Word, Excel)
An extremely strong work ethic.
College student or graduate in accounting/finance
