We have an opening for an Accounting Manager. This role can be based in the following cities.

• Omaha

Position Summary:

As an Accounting Manager at DLR Group, you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s accounting and financial reporting processes. You’ll be part of a dynamic, solutions-focused team responsible for ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight into financial operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the monthly close process, prepare and analyze financial reports, and deliver performance insights and reconciliations across DLR Group’s entities. Your work will directly contribute to helping leaders make informed decisions and impact on the continued success of our employee-owned firm.

What you will do:

• Perform monthly closing processes and account reconciliations.


• Assist with International operations and analysis.


• Prepare special reports for regions and market sectors. Evaluate as needed.


• Coordinate tax related filings on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.


• Identify and provide solutions for efficiencies or improvements.


• Assist the Controller with general ledger processes and schedules as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent.


• Knowledge of and experience in general accounting practices.


• Previous experience running analyzing and providing recommendations on financial reports.


• Ability to work cross-functionally within various operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an accounting function in an AEC environment.


• Experience using Deltek Vision software.
