Accounting Manager

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Accounting Manager for our Non-Profit Client located in Raleigh, NC 27604. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise accounting and auditing duties including budgeting, account analysis and reconciliations
Prepare financial statements including upper level financial reports and notes
Prepare reports for tax credit and new construction programs
Perform accounting and financial analysis for both capital grants and redevelopments.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex GASB standards and regulations
Capable of conveying complex financial issues in a clear, concise manner
Excellent understanding of a variety of complex financial arrangements
Able to manage and supervise accounting personnel, implement and manage systems of internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
3+ years of Accounting experience
Supervisory experience
Non-Profit/Fund Accounting experience required
Advanced skills in EXCEL & WORD
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
