Accounting Manager- Comm. Real Estate

📍 Now Hiring: Accounting Manager | The Woodlands, TX | On-Site | $110K–$115K + Full Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee commercial property accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis. This full-time, on-site role is based in The Woodlands, TX, and reports directly to the Controller with four direct reports.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews


• Analyze quarterly financial variances and approve A/P invoices


• Coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audits with auditors and lenders


• Collaborate with property managers and internal accounting staff


• Reconcile bank statements, support annual budgeting, and manage CAM and tax reconciliations


• Tackle special projects and support continuous improvement

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)


• 10+ years of commercial property accounting experience


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and either Yardi or MRI


• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills


• Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and solve complex problems

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 – $115,000 annual salary
