Accounting Manager - Fenway Park

Job Description

The Accounting Manager, with Fenway Park will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely information, maintenance of client profit and loss account as well as overall compliance with internal company procedures and controls. The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and will collaborate closely with other financial departments, including AP, Payroll, Food & Beverage Operations and HR in order to meet all objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement deadlines
• Raising of sales invoices.
• Accounts Payable SOP
• Preparation of prepayments and accruals.
• Prepare a variety of journal entries.
• Collaborating closely with operations team to resolve any queries.
• Ownership of monthly entity review process (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Ad hoc projects/duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge and key attributes:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years? experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Oracle, GFF, PATS systems
• Highly analytical with an advanced  knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
• Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable team player.
• Highly motivate
