Accounting Manager - Full Time

Summary:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all elements of the month-end close process, supporting the development and maintenance of accounting principles and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, developing internal accounting controls, supporting the annual fiscal audit with our partnering audit firm, and building a strong team.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred but years of experience will be considered with an Associates Degree in Accounting.
Experience Required:
1. 3 - 5 years healthcare accounting and/or non-profit accounting accounting experience.
2. 2 – 5 years supervisory experience required.
Special Requirements:
1. Ability to effectively management teams.
2. Deliver results under deadlines.
3. Work independently with minimal supervision
4. Ability to multi-task.
Cognitive Requirements:
Emotional maturity and good people-skills required.
