Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico. We are seeking a Accounting Manager OEM for our Corporate Office located in Kirkland, WA.

What You Do:

The Accounting Manager (OEM) is a key leadership position within the hotel’s Finance Team, responsible for assisting the Area Director of Finance with several hotels' overall financial control functions. Specific responsibilities include:

· Perform comprehensive accounting functions as required.

· Schedule, monitor, and evaluate departmental expenditures to ensure adherence to control systems.

· Assist in the timely production and distribution of financial statements.

· Ensure compliance with the Finance SOP Manual.

· Participate in asset inventories.

· Prepare and manage sales tax returns and other applicable tax liabilities.

· Support the Area Director of Finance in reconciling balance sheet accounts each period.

· Review and resolve problem accounts, making necessary adjustments to the general ledger.

· Coordinate month-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries and analytical reviews of financial statements.

· Oversee the coordination of annual internal and external audit processes.

To be successful in the Accounting Manager OEM position, you:

· Proven track record in hotel or resort financial leadership.

· Outstanding Excel skills using advanced functions.

· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be comfortable collaborating, quickly building relationships, and presenting results to executive management.

· Ability to work proactively and independently.

· 1-2 years of work experience in a related industry/field is preferred.

· Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.

When joining our team as Accounting Manager OEM you will receive:

• Salary + 10% annual bonus potential.

• This position consists of 45 hours worked per week
• For Overtime Eligible Manager Salary: The salary range we are looking to pay is: $67,000 to $70,000 per year. Here is the Breakdown for OEM: 40 hours per week would be paid at the hourly rate of: $28.63 to $29.91 per hour; the overtime rate for the 5 hours each week would be: $42.95 to $44.87 per hour; and then if you take a vacation or sick day, there is a benefit rate of: $32.21 to $33.65.
