Accounting Manager / Human Resources

Arkansas based aerospace company needs an all-around office manager who can handle accounting operations and human resources. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, double entry bookkeeping, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and manufacturing cost management.

• Maintenance of accurate general ledger in accordance with state/local requirements
• Lead monthly close, quarterly, and annual financials, including profitability analysis
• Manage taxation matters
• Assist with the weekly hourly and bi-weekly salary payroll.
• Prepare and analyze business plans for product lines
• Analyze cost variances, prepare production cost reports, report on labor, headcount, and cost reductions
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs
• Communicate company policies and procedures
• Manage benefits, including benefit related programs with local businesses
• Lead safety programs, OSHA compliance,
• Manage Workers’ Compensation claims

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of budgets, cost analysis, and US GAAP
• Strong organizational and data management skills, including work with QuickBooks or Striven
• Proven HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits
