CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Accounting Manager for a client in the insurance industry in North Dallas. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including AP, AR, B2B collections, and performance management for three AR Specialists. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, previous leadership experience, the ability to foster a positive culture, and experience providing high levels of customer service. Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business management preferred

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in both AP and AR, including B2B collections

·         Must possess supervisory experience including performance management, training, and overall team leadership

·         Proficient in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks or other major accounting software

·         High level of integrity and trustworthiness

·         Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation for the Accounting Manager:

·         Direct Hire

·         Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p (some flexibility available)

·         Salary/Pay: $80-85K/year (+/- based on experience)

·         Location: North Dallas, TX (100% onsite)
