Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

to join one of our outstanding clients who is looking to help develop a corporate accounting department and bringing their month end close/financial statement in house.

In this capacity, you will work closely with the new owner to set up accounting processes in compliance with GAAP, prepare for upcoming first year annual audit, and grow team as the company increases sales, launches in other states and/or acquires new companies. This is an excellent opportunity to be mentored and developed by a Harvard MBA and Private Equity fund owner. Assist owner on first year audit

Set up accounting processes according to GAAP

Protect company`s assets by establishing internal control environment.

Assist with annual planning, forecasting and long-range planning

Conduct ad hoc analysisWhat you will have:Bachelor`s in Accounting

4+ years of experience in accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP

Public accounting background desirable

Ambitious and drive to advance career and gain knowledge.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Advanced Excel skills.

Proactive, resourceful, results-driven and highly motivated
