```Duties:```
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Account Receivable - data entry of sales receipts, invoice entry, weekly check runs and mailing
- Support Production and Sales Department - data entry of sales orders, reconciling orders against customer purchase orders
- Maintain office file systems for all departments - filing, making labels, year end archive management
- Manage office supply ordering and upkeep of the general office
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
```Skills:```
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting or data entry role, or similar experience
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accrual accounting concepts
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management
