LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic Accounting Office Assistant to lead our clients administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. In this senior-level role, you will oversee all aspects of office administration, including managing accounting tasks, coordinating office activities, and implementing efficient processes and procedures. This role will be a temporary contract role within the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close procedures
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
- QuickBooks knowledge is required
- Proven experience in office administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior-level role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
