Accounting Processor - Opportunity to Make a Difference

We are looking for an Accounting Processor (Invoicing) responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Producing client invoices and submitting them for payment.
• Posting and reconciling accounts receivable.
• Resolving invoicing errors and adjustments.
• Additional reconciliations, reports, and duties related to invoicing, collections, and accounting team duties and functions.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• No prior invoicing or accounting knowledge is required; however, experience in these areas is a plus
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to use technology efficiently including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a corporate office setting and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and document creation targets set by management.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
