  Processes daily financial transactions

  Assists in daily operations of the accounting department

  General account reviews and correcting entries.

  Cut Checks

  Journal Entry posting 

  
  

• 
  

  Reconciliation of billing statements

  Upholds company policies and adheres to all company standards

  Responsible for regular accounting related transactional activity, for accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and commitments, and obligations requiring additional hours.

Requirements

  High School Diploma – Required 

  
  

• 
  

  General Bookkeeping or Public accounting experience – Preferred, not required 

  
  

• 
  

  Automotive Accounting or Accounting Degree – Preferred, not required
