Accounting Professional

Ruby Wines is a family owned and operated fourth generation company located in Avon Massachusetts.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Professional to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial records with accuracy and integrity.

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Process accounts payable and receivable

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Support audits and provide necessary documentation

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Excel)

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
