Accounting Shared Services Manager

• Direct and oversee all functions within Shared Accounting Services, including Accounts Payable, T&E, Treasury, and Tax Compliance.
• Supervise and develop department staff, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain and enforce T&E policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the corporate credit card platform, including issuance, usage monitoring, and policy adherence.
• Manage daily cash operations, banking relationships, and short-term liquidity planning.
• Support cash forecasting, intercompany funding, and treasury reporting.
• Oversee accurate calculation, reporting, and remittance of sales and use taxes across applicable jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and coordinate with external advisors as needed.
• Manage and maintain legal entity registrations and tax filings across all relevant jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with legal and tax teams to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across all service areas.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX or other regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee the use and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools related to AP, T&E, and treasury.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to drive system enhancements and integrations.
• Establish KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance and risk areas.
• Support audits and other initiatives as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years experience in similar position and strong GAAP understanding
• High EQ, works well in a collaborative setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel), BI and ERP systems, M3 preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively across departments

• Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Estimated starting 8/25/2025
• Flexible hybrid work model with a requirement to work on-site at least 3 days/week. Works primarily in office environment.
