This position plays a critical role in supporting daily financial operations—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and compliance reporting—and contributes to broader financial process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  Process accounts payable invoices and accurately allocate expenses

  Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly sales tax and annual business tax filings

  
  


• 
  

  Support associate expense reporting activities as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Process outgoing payments in alignment with financial policies and procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Manage daily invoicing of customer shipments (accounts receivable)

  
  


• 
  

  Handle incoming payments, including credit card transactions and cash receipts

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of hands-on accounting experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong time management and prioritization skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
