What You’ll Do:

• Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions


• Assist with posting daily deposits, reconciliations, and journal entries


• Support vehicle deal processing and maintain accurate accounting files


• Verify and input financial data into dealership management systems


• Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems


• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations


• Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and management as needed


• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures


• Provide administrative support to the accounting office and leadership team as needed

What We Seek:

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or dealership experience


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (CDK or Tekion)


• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset


• Dependable and eager to learn
