| Accounts Receivable
·       Routing for both warehouses
·       Process credit cards/ACH, incoming checks, pay when due, and calendar payments, and post to accounts
·       EP/IP, review sales order, process payment, release order
·       Shopify and ExpertVoice orders – review and invoice, and add tracking to the invoice
·       Process invoices daily and email them to the customer
·       Assist in releasing orders when needed
·       End of Day – deposit summary
·       File as needed  

Accounts Payable
·       Review and approve invoices, and work with outside accounting support for input
·       Work with accounting support for input and questions
·       Process check runs and mail payments
·       Vendor notification on wires and ACH payments once approved
·       File AP invoices 

General Responsibilities
·       Other such tasks as needed to support the company
