Accounting Support Specialist

We’re currently looking for an Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in Olympia to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, licensing, scanning, and other accounting tasks.

This is a Full-Time position. Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Post invoices


• Reconcile statements


• Disburse checks


• Balance statements and finalize data


• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system


• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Accounts payable or receivable experience required


• Automotive accounting office experience preferred, but we will train the right person
