Accounting Systems Support

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Research and analyze data to input or review system master records.


• Process AR deductions.


• Internal auditing of company procedures.


• Review of documents for accuracy to various systems.


• Any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.


• Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to manage, organize and prioritize tasks.


• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must be able to apply a problem-solving approach to situations.


• Proficiency with keyboarding and ten key, with a high degree of accuracy and speed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting may involve periodic moving/lifting of items exceeding 40 lbs.
