Accounting Technician - Exciting Challenge

Accounts Payable Technician to join a collaborative team of 4. Great culture! Reports to a CPA!

PART TIME 30 hours per week, maybe more!

Duties:

• Processing full cycle accounts payable invoices
• Review and audit for accuracy, purchase order information and proper approval
• General ledger coding
• Enter into system
• Process for payment
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with ERP system such as Net Suite or Great Plains Dynamics
• Proficiency with Excel
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent follow through and communication skills
• Works well in a team environment!
