Accounts Administrator

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments to external partners and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records. This role also involves providing essential support to the broader accounting team, contributing to the efficient functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bank payments in a timely and accurate manner


• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks


• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies


• Perform general administrative duties within the accounting department

Qualifications:

• A-Level in Accounting or currently in the early stages of ACCA


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting assistant or similar role


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
