Accounts Manager - Manufacturing & Industrial Sector

Job Title: Accounts Manager Manufacturing & Industrial Sector(ACCA Qualified)

Location:  Queens Road, Lahore

Compensation: 100k-150k (based on experience)

Software Used: Gluon Soft beads ERP

Working Style: On-site, full-time position

Requirements:

1. ACCA Qualified (mandatory)
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
3.  Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
4. Ability to supervise and lead a finance team
5. Detail-oriented and analytical thinking
6. Familiarity with ERP systems (Gluon preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Oversee day-to-day finance operations of the company
2.  Prepare and review financial statements and reports
3. Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns
4. Handle budget preparation and cost control
5. Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audits
6. Supervise junior finance staff and assist in their development
7. Maintain and update financial records within the ERP system (Gluon Soft beads)
8. Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
