Accounts Payable

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable team member to join our accounting team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and paying invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities:

• Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner


• Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports


• Ensure accurate coding and posting of invoices to the general ledger


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor invoices and payments


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies


• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting


• Collaborate with other accounting team members to ensure efficient and effective accounting processes


• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


• Prefer Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
