Role Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and fixed assets. This position will report to the AP Manager.

• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Prepare and perform check runs
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent customer service skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Equivalent Experience.
• Convenience Store or Retail experience is a plus
