Position Overview:

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable
Location: Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac, 101 S. James Campbell Blvd., Columbia, TN 38401
Start Pay: $15/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8am till 5pm 
Other Requirements: Clean and valid driver's license, drug-free workplace

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP): Verifying and processing invoices, scheduling payments, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records.


• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issuing invoices, collecting payments, reconciling accounts, and managing customer relations.


• Additional tasks: Cash handling, office supply ordering, maintaining spreadsheets, and backup support for phones and mail errands.
