Accounts Payable and Receivable Position with Insurance Company

We are seeking an accounts payable/receivable individual within our Dallas accounting office. This would be a full-time role as an office employee with an hourly range of $20-$25 per hour.  The successful candidate must have previous insurance experience and understands the importance of personal responsibility and resourcefulness while demonstrating the following:

• Generates payments via checks, wire or bank ACH written from the company trust account
• Generates monthly account current statements to distribute to various carriers 
• Reconciles and correct discrepancies between carrier statements and our company records
• Notifies the servicing Producer of any accounting irregularities
• Ensure the insurance companies are paid in an accurate and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
