Our company is currently seeking an Account Payable Bookkeeper to join our team! The position is for a full time A/P Bookkeeper for a General Contracting Firm specializing in public construction

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

Manage accounts payable records & documents

Compute and record numerical data

Check the accuracy of business transactions

Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Experience in the construction field, preferred bit not required

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Working knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop
