Job Description - Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is looking for an A++ AP Processor for their NYC office.

Requirements:

Full understanding of the Accounts Payable Process (Manual and Digital)

Sage Software Experience

Excel - Intermediate

Teamplayer with excellent customer service skills

Job Duties:

Enter and upload invoices into system track expenses and process expense reports

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments prepare and perform check runs

Post transactions to journals, ledgers and, other records

Reconcile accounts payable transactions

Assist with month, quarter, and year end.
