Responsibilities

• 
  
  Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  
  


• Prepare and process electronic transfers, ACH payments and check payments


• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and perform account reconciliations


• Maintain vendor master


• Monitor AP aging reports and assist with cash flow management


• Assist with month-end closing and reporting


• Prepare 1099 reporting


• Support other administrative tasks as needed

  Prior experience in accounts payable or similar role

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
