Payables Clerk – Automotive Dealership

About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders/receiving docs
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, etc.)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end close

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred
• 1–2 years AP or accounting experience (dealership experience a plus)
• Proficiency with Excel; CDK experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
