Overview:
Our ideal candidate is an independent achiever. This primarily consists of processing invoices and maintaining open communication with vendors regarding their payments.

This candidate is deadline-driven and exhibits strong multitasking abilities. He or she must be a team player.

Essential Duties:
Sort incoming invoices by project
Data entry for weekly check runs for 4-5 separate projects
Scan all processed batches into INTACT
Communicate with the Corporate Office on date and arrivals in incoming checks
Mail out checks received from the Corporate Office
Work with Vendors on problems that may arise with weekly check runs
All other duties, as assigned
Education and Additional Requirements:
Ideally 2-3 years AP experience in the construction industry
Advanced Excel experience
Ability to take direction and meet deadlines
Ability to work in face paced environment
Team player with great communication skills
