Cisco Air Systems is the Master Distributor for Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressors in Northern California & Nevada. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

•    Process invoices and payments
•    General office duties
•    Customer Service
•    Filing
•    Data Entry
•    Maintaining records
•    Reviewing vendor and service provider agreements
•    Verify accuracy of invoice
•    Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ADP, UltiPro, or other accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial concepts and data effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with account reconciliation is a plus
