Role Summary:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of vendor records within the accounting systems. This role ensures that all vendor data, including banking (EFT/ACH) information, is accurate and up to date to facilitate timely and secure payments. The position works closely with internal departments and external clients to maintain data integrity and compliance in adherence with company policies and regulatory standards.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular in-office presence with flexibility for remote work on designated days.
$24 - $26 an hour
This position has a base hourly rate of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, business needs and business results.
