Accounts Payable Coordinator PT

Love it when the numbers tie out? ARCH Orthodontics is looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Coordinator to own our vendor bills and payments from start to finish. You'll keep our vendors paid on time, catch the errors others miss, and give our leadership team a clear view of where our money goes - all on a steady, part-time schedule.

What You'll Do
• Review, code, and enter vendor, lab, and supply invoices, matching them to orders and receiving records.

• Route invoices for approval and prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs.

• Reconcile vendor statements and company credit card activity across our locations.

• Resolve billing questions, duplicate charges, and credits with vendors, and keep vendor records and W-9s current.

• Prepare AP aging and cash-out reports and support month-end close with our outside accountant.

• Protect the Practice by verifying any vendor banking change before it's made.

What You Bring
• 2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.

• Experience with [QuickBooks Online] or similar accounting software.

• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Sharp attention to detail and the follow-through to resolve every discrepancy.

• Professional, friendly communication and discretion with confidential financial information.

• Nice to have: dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience; familiarity with TOPS.
