Accounts Payable Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to work in our fast-paced Accounting Department in our Rochester, NY office. Training for the position will require in-person attendance but once completed a hybrid schedule can be established.

Duties:

• Overseeing accounts payable team, functions, and processes
• Collaborating with project staff and the accounting team.
• Provide financial guidance by generating reports and analyzing data as needed, and assist in the accounts payable processes.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

• Five years of accounting or accounts payable experience, plus prior supervisory background.
• Experience working in professional services industry a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required. The selected candidate must be able to manage their own workload to efficiently complete their tasks by assigned deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
