Creative Financial Staffing has teamed up with a leading Private Equity firm to identify an

Accounts Payable Manager

to join their team in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager:

Process AP invoices with a focus on more complicated cases

Create and distribute reporting to leadership

Work with leadership team to ensure proper documentation for all transactions

Communicate with vendors (including collecting W-9's and banking information) and internal employees

Assist with automation of processes where possible

Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or experience equivalent

2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable Function

Experience with one major ERP and Microsoft Excel required

Experience with Concur is a plus
