Job Description - Accounts Payable / Receivable

Job Duties Include **must have experience**

Daily Deposits

Entering Purchase Order Invoices

Entering Vendor Invoices from email or from each department

Daily Checks out to customers or COD Vendors

Monthly Vendor Checks

Monthly AR statements

Receipting in daily AR checks

Monthly Warranty & GAP contract payments
