About the Position:
Perform daily review and accurate coding of organizations bills to enter in a timely fashion to the accounting software system.
What You Will Do:
- Complete accurate coding of bills to proper General Ledger accounts and location.
- Verify if purchase order approval is needed and due dates on bills.
- Attach documentation of bills, approvals, and Purchase orders to bill entry in Sage Accounting Software.
- Verify Due Dates on invoices for timely payments.
- Attending meetings as appropriate to position.
- Participate in conferences and training sessions relating to areas of responsibility.
- Attention to detail.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:

- Ability to work constructively with diverse people and with parties that may have divergent perspectives and interests.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
